Critical Conversations About Financing Long-Term Care Program Evaluation

The purpose of this program was to increase awareness of the need to plan for changing health and independence as a later-life event impacting financial security and help consumers identify and communicate strategies to manage the risk of long-term care. Now that you’ve completed the program, we’d like to ask you a few questions about the experience and what you learned. Answering these questions is voluntary.
