Money - How to Spend It

cartoon of Connie holding money. The Cash Kids say, "Here comes the fun part - SPEND MONEY". But most of us want more things than we have the money to buy them. What do you want to buy? Penny Person just got some money for her birthday and she has to decide how to spend it.

How we spend money depends on our values. Values are personal beliefs about what is important to YOU. Your values may be the same or different than those of your family or friends.

Some values are more important than others at different times in your life. You will be happier with the way you spend your money if you spend it on things that are important to you.

Things to Do

1. Check Your Money Habits and learn about how you feel about money.

2. Print the coloring page about Connie as she decides how to spend her money.
