Whether you are looking for something to complement your
business retreat or a way to improve your employees’
processes, ExCEL can create a program to build towards your
goal. We help managers learn to be leaders, employees to
become teammates, and individuals to find their true
potential. Many people finish the program aware of how hard
they pushed themselves-and realize how much they enjoyed it.
The ExCEL program uses the outdoors to present everyday challenges in new ways to help people learn how to better overcome them. Teamwork, communication, trust, problem solving and other common words take on real meaning in unique and memorable team challenges.
