ExCEL - Experience the Challenge. Experience the
Leadership.

The current frameworks and in-service training requirements
have increased training needs for educators . ExCEL, a
program of the University of Arkansas Division of
Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service, offers a program
at the Arkansas 4-H Center focused on teambuilding and
leadership. With the in-service requirements for your
teachers in mind, we have formatted programming to focus on
the frameworks. Our training areas include:
"On behalf of the staff and faculty of The Cathedral School, I would like to thank you for the most successful staff development program we have participated in. Many of our staff noted how we 'discovered' leadership potential in our midst. In general, the day was a celebration for us. Your activities sparked an exchange of new ideas, created dialog opportunities that were not engaged in before, and provided us with a time to relax and laugh.
