ExCEL is a University of Arkansas Division
of Agriculture experiential-based training and development
program. We have been providing teams with opportunities to
learn new ways to deal with old problems. ExCEL has been
offering the best in experiential leadership training since
1986 to youth-, college-, adult-focused non-profit and
corporate groups. Since the beginning, we have worked with
more than 60,000 participants. We utilize experiential
training methods to provide an effective environment for
change.
The ExCEL program takes teambuilding and
leadership to new heights as Arkansas' largest and most
experienced challenge course. Some of the training tools we
use include ground based initiatives (experiential
activities that do not involve leaving the ground), a low
ropes course, an artificial rock climbing tower that
requires a team to operate, a Giants Ladder and our high
ropes course.
