When you see 4-Hers, you see tomorrow’s leaders.

Arkansas 4-H is celebrating its first 100 years.

And it has much to be proud of.

I congratulate the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture, and its educational arm, the Cooperative Extension Service for making 4-H what it is today, as we honor the past and celebrate the future.
