TransportationIt is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to provide transportation to all 4-H activities and events. Faculty and staff of the Cooperative Extension Service are not responsible for nor should they arrange transportation for youth. (Example: Telling a youth they must ride in a certain vehicle.) Faculty and staff may assist parents by providing them with a list of youth participants, so that parents and guardians may form car pools if they desire to do so. Vehicles owned and operated by the Cooperative Extension Service or county 4-H program may be used to transport youth if the driver has a valid Arkansas drivers license and proof of liability insurance photocopied and on file in the county Extension office. |
